• Technical Characteristics:
• - The machine’s working surface consists of two chambers: while one chamber is packaging, the other can be loaded. This allows the operator to work continuously, without downtime, achieving high productivity.
• - The DC620-510 model is equipped with 4 sealing bars of 620 mm and, thanks to a wide range of optional accessories, can be optimally adapted to the customer’s specific requirements.
• - Digital control panel, easy to use, with the ability to store up to 10 working programs. The entire production cycle is controlled by a high-speed, high-precision microprocessor, featuring ultra-vacuum function and “Twin Seal” or “Wide Seal” sealing systems that guarantee maximum packaging safety. The machine is supplied with plates for adjusting the sealing height.
• - Each model is equipped with an extremely precise and reliable vacuum control system with an absolute sensor, which does not require calibration.
• - All models in the DC series can perform partial vacuum or high vacuum sealing and are available with additional options such as MAP (modified atmosphere packaging), soft-air technology for slow air release, bi-active sealing, and excess bag cutting.
• - The machine structure is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the electrical panel has an IP66 / NEMA 4 insulation rating.
