Cooling screw lubricant

Description

Characteristics:
- Novoil FP20 is a cooling screw oil for positive temperatures based on synthetic hydrocarbons.
- Operating temperature: 0 °C to 135 °C;
- High viscosity index;
- Compatible with most sealing materials;
- Provides high oxidation stability due to the synthetic base, which reduces oxidation residues in compressors and extends oil change intervals, as well as the service life of oil filters and separators;
- Certified NSF H1 and compliant with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. This lubricant is developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or animal feed industries;
- Its use can contribute to increased production process reliability, but we recommend carrying out an additional risk analysis, e.g., HACCP.
Advantages:
- Reduced maintenance and operating costs thanks to extended oil change intervals, up to 4,000 operating hours in oil-injected compressors;
- Low evaporation tendency, minimizing the impact of oil vapors on compressed air;
