Description

The T.V. Synt AX from Polin Group is designed for use with an automatic loading and unloading system.

It is the ideal oven for medium and large bakeries seeking high performance, continuous productivity and impeccable baking quality.

Engineered to handle large production volumes, it ensures precise and reliable heat control, even under the most demanding production requirements.

With delicate and uniform baking, the oven is ideal for all types of bread, enabling optimal development of texture, crust and flavor.

The tubes feature increased thickness and a special shape to minimize thermal stress. Each tube is tested five times at a pressure of 700 atmospheres, approximately eight times higher than normal operating pressure.
