TECHNOLOGY • Different desired grinding speed between the FAST and the SLOW roll. For the first time in history grinding can now change. Having the possibility to invert the speeds of the FAST and SLOW roll, we can shift now, for example, from a “cut-cut” configuration to a “back-back” one, without dismantling the machine, with a simple command in the control panel
• Possibility to control torque parameters and RPM, enabling operator to manage the machine better, regulating it to meet highly different grinding specifications. • Possibility to increase the rolls life by dosing/ changing rotation speed.
SAFETY • Simple to use and to maintain as the rotor is splined to the grinding roll shaft directly.
PRECISION • Introduction of the dynamic pressure detection system OPS (Omas Pressure System) WHICH, thanks to the loading cells, displays the pressure value, offering to the operator the chance to manipulate data, that previously were only analogic and, in every cases, completely static!
SILENCE • Significant reduction in noise pollution in the grinding section
MINTENANCE • 100% torque motors do not require any type of maintenance and are not subject to wear. • Monitoring their work, in practice, there are no technical limits to their reliability and lifespan.
