Description

The PWM GO is a compact pallet washing machine, specially designed for companies that need to efficiently clean medium volumes of pallets on a daily basis. The machine can handle pallets up to 1,300 mm in height, moving them vertically through the washing tunnel. Thanks to its modular design and available options, the machine can be configured precisely according to specific requirements.

  • Technical Features:
  • - The transport speed is variable and can be adjusted from the machine’s control panel.
  • - The washing water is recirculated. The washing water temperature can be regulated via a thermostat. The spray pipes in the washing section can be easily removed thanks to a quick coupling.
  • - At the end of the washing cycle, the wash water passes through a filter system into the storage tank for reuse.
  • - At an ambient temperature of 15 °C, a pallet weight of 15 kg, and a capacity of 100 pallets per hour, washing at 45 °C is possible with a power consumption of 27 kW. Optionally, an additional 9 kW heating element can be added, allowing washing at up to 50 °C.
  • - Rinsing takes place in a dedicated rinsing compartment within the washing tunnel. After use, rinse water can either be returned to the washing tank or discharged directly into the drain.
  • - For steam extraction, suction openings are provided, equipped with stainless steel covers. An axial fan extracts steam from the cabin.
  • - A chemical dosing pump is installed in the main washing section to add chemicals into the water tank, depending on conductivity. Optionally, a water-driven chemical dosing pump can be mounted on the rinsing frame.
  • - Instead of electric heating elements, direct steam injection heating is available. When this option is selected, additional electric heating elements cannot be used. The maximum temperature depends on the quality of the supplied steam on site.
  • - The water level is monitored by a synthetic float valve. Optionally, water level control can be provided via an electronic pressure sensor.
  • - For controlling the rinse frame water flow, an optional solenoid valve can be installed.
