The MC-125 washing machine is a compact unit with rotary spray action, delivering thorough results thanks to the powerful combination of water jets, heated water, and a vortex effect. This intelligent combination ensures effective cleaning and degreasing, even for persistent dirt. The MC model is particularly suitable for production laboratories, where tools require daily cleaning. Thanks to its closed-loop recirculation and filtration system, water, energy, and costs are saved, while the equipment remains easy to use and maintain.

• Technical Features:
• - The control elements are located on the side of the electrical box.
• - The liquid tank, with a capacity of 135 liters, is covered with a removable lid, making the tank easily accessible and simple to clean.
• - The filter baskets, 170 mm in diameter with a filtration fineness of 1000 microns, are mounted in this lid and ensure that the filtered water returns to the tank.
• - Heating elements and the temperature sensor are integrated into the tank.
• - The entire cabin rests on four legs, making the machine easy to move with a pallet truck.
• - The cleaning section features a hinged lid supported by two gas struts for easy operation. A rotating grate, equipped with a basket for loading parts, is located in the cleaning area.
• - The rotating grate, with integrated speed control, is powered by water force and mounted on a conical and ball bearing cup.
• - To extend the life of the cleaning liquid and improve process efficiency, the machine is standard equipped with an oil removal disc mounted in the liquid tank. This device features a disc made of stainless steel 304.
• - As the disc rotates, oil adheres to both sides, is scraped off, drained through a pipe, and collected in a suitable container (container not included). An adjustable timer is mounted in the control box. ⚠️ Note: The disc device removes oil only, not grease.
• - A safety switch is installed to protect the heating elements and pump from running at a low water level in the tank.
• - A D05 steam extractor is mounted on the back of the machine, automatically evacuating steam from the cabin immediately after the washing cycle ends.
• - To ensure that detergent water is heated to the correct temperature each morning, a timer can be installed in the control panel. This can be programmed to turn heating on and off for each day of the week (7 days), preventing accidental 24-hour continuous operation.
• - The lower and side spray pipes are positioned under and beside the cleaning basket, forming a special U-shaped spray pattern when the lid is closed. The liquid is drawn by a centrifugal pump and sprayed onto the parts through this nozzle system. After cleaning, the washing liquid drains back into the liquid tank through the filter baskets.
• - The machine is controlled by a PLC, equipped with specific software to operate the machine according to the desired requirements.
• - The panel is equipped with an HMI screen, also containing dedicated machine software:
  • Informational screen
  • Production screen – displays an overview of the system and the status of related functions
  • Settings screen – allows setting and/or modifying programs
• - Optional: For cleaning small parts, a small parts basket made of stainless steel 304 is recommended. These baskets have a lid and dimensions of 400 x 200 x 170 mm.
