Description

Refrigerated cabinet for storing ice cream, model CSM Ice. It features a digital control unit and adjustable tray guides that can be repositioned at the desired height, making the gelato maker’s work easier. The uniform air distribution system prevents damage to stored products, while the high capacity-to-volume ratio makes it one of the most appreciated machines in the ice cream laboratory.
