Entry Max is a complete range of ovens designed for simplicity and durability. It can be ordered in a single-chamber or double-chamber version, offering different capacities to suit production needs.
With independent temperature control for the baking chambers, the Entry Max oven maintains even heat across the entire stone surface, ensuring perfect baking results. In addition to pizza, it is also recommended for bread and pastry products and can reach temperatures up to 450°C.
Optional: the models can be ordered with a full refractory stone chamber, including the ceiling and side walls, ensuring even baking without the need to rotate trays and maintaining a constant temperature even when the door is opened.
The robust stainless steel construction and double-glass window provide long-term durability and performance, while the analog control panel allows precise temperature adjustment.
