Description

The T.V. Avant from Polin Group is a combination of tradition and innovation in steam tube oven technology. It generates gentle heat, ideal for delicate baking, while offering a high level of flexibility.

With a T.V. Avant oven, you achieve refined baking performance that allows the perfect development of all types of products: bread of any size and type, large fermented products, and pastry items.

The steam generators are integrated into the baking chamber and designed to ensure a constant and uniform flow of saturated steam with high humidity. An exclusive extraction system guarantees rapid and even steam evacuation from the chamber whenever required.

The tubes feature increased thickness and a special shape to minimize thermal stress. Each tube is tested five times at a pressure of 700 atmospheres, approximately eight times higher than normal operating pressure.
