Fully automated and electronically controlled baking system
The baking line consists of:
- stainless steel leaveners - ensures uniform product leavening;
- loading system (COM ASSISTANT + AKROBAT + FIX BOX);
- two ovens of 22 m2 each, with six hearths – they have the advantage of precise regulation and
perfect distribution of temperature. The heating system is made with oil, thus obtaining well-baked products with a golden and slightly crunchy crust.
The finished products are automatically unloaded and transferred to the cooling zone, without any human operator intervention.
