The system consists of three external stainless-steel silos, with a capacity of 70 tons each and two external stainless-steel silos, with a capacity of 55 tons each.
From each of the silos start three pneumatic lines, which serve four dosing points, with an average hourly dosing capacity of approximately 4500 kg.
The installation contains equipment for producing yeast emulsion with an average capacity of approximately 350 l.
The installation is fully automated with a PLC type programmable controller produced by Siemens and is operated with 21-inch Touch Screen panels.
