Container Washing Machine, 25 units/hour capacity, CWM Go, Numafa

The CWM Go industrial washing machine is designed for cleaning containers. The containers can be easily driven into the electrically operated tilting door at floor level, after which the containers can be locked by means of a simple action. 

After the safety actions have been completed, the start button can be used to automatically complete the following actions: close door - wash - rinse - short dripping time - open door - stop. The complete cleaning process consists of a washing and rinsing process. 

The containers are cleaned internally and externally by a rotating motor-driven spray window on which sprayers are placed that are directed at the inside and outside of the container. The washing time can be adjusted using a timer. The wash water is pumped around and filtered through a sieve. In the washing section the washing water is circulated. The temperature of the washing water can be adjusted by means of a thermostat.

By adding a non-foaming detergent to the wash water, in combination with the correct wash temperature and contact period, the cleaning power is increased. At the end of the wash cycle, the wash water flows through the sieve system to the storage tank for reuse. Refilling of water losses in the washing section is done by a plastic float valve. 

Rinsing is done in the same way as the washing process. However, the sprinkler window is directly connected to your own water supply network. The rinse time is also adjustable by means of a timer and the water used serves as a supplement and refreshment of the wash tank.

Technical Features:

• - To evacuate steam, suction openings are provided with stainless steel covers. The axial fan extracts vapors from the washing chamber.
• - A chemical dosing pump is installed in the main washing section to introduce chemicals into the water tank, based on conductivity measurements.
• - A special product support has been developed for cleaning Euro containers. The product supports must be replaced on the frame depending on the container type.
• - The CWM Go is electrically heated, with a standard heating capacity of 27 kW, allowing a washing temperature of 45°C. Optionally, an additional 9 kW heating element can be added to reach a total power of 36 kW and a washing temperature of 50°C.
• - As an alternative to electric heating, direct steam injection heating is available. If this option is selected, additional electric heating elements cannot be used. The maximum temperature depends on the quality of the steam supplied on site.
• - The water level in the CWM Go is monitored by a synthetic float valve as standard. Optionally, electronic pressure probe control can be provided. In this case, the water level is automatically regulated by a pressure transducer and a solenoid valve.
• - To control the rinsing water flow, an optional solenoid valve can be installed.
