The device is used for disinfecting eggs with UV-C light

The floodlight emits UVC light, which acts on eggshells and disinfects them and and kills bacteria. The UV-C machine is made entirely of stainless steel and materials intended for contact with food. The device is available in sizes adapted for the MT tunnel washers (MT-1, MT-3, MT-6/8). Beacuse of this, it is possible to configure an entire egg processing line (washing, disinfecting, breaking). After the first tests we carried out, a study has been conducted, which showed 100% effectiveness in bacterial killing. We encourage you to read the following results.
