Description

Double-Chamber Vacuum Packaging Machine, featuring advanced technology, is suitable for vacuum packaging or modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) of any type of food and non-food product.

  • Technical Features:
  • - The machine’s working surface consists of two chambers: while one chamber is packaging, the other can be loaded. This allows the operator to work continuously, without downtime, achieving high productivity.
  • - Model DC 1100-870 is equipped with 4 sealing bars of 1100 mm and, thanks to a wide range of optional accessories, can be optimally adapted to the customer’s specific requirements.
  • - Digital control panel, easy to use, with the possibility of storing 10 working programs. The entire production cycle is controlled by a high-speed, high-precision microprocessor, featuring ultra-vacuum function, “Twin Seal” or “Wide Seal” sealing system that guarantees maximum packaging safety, and is supplied with plates for adjusting the sealing height.
  • - Each model is equipped with an absolute vacuum sensor control system, extremely precise, reliable, and maintenance-free, requiring no calibration.
  • - All models in the DC series can perform sealing under partial vacuum or high vacuum and are available with additional options such as MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging), soft-air technology for slow air release, bi-active sealing, and excess bag trimming.
  • - By installing the TELESERVICE kit with router for ETHERNET connection – Industry 4.0, remote adjustment and control interventions are possible.
  • - The machine structure is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the electrical panel has an IP66 / NEMA 4 protection rating.
