Description
ECM GO is a compact crate washing machine, specially designed for companies that need to wash up to 400 crates per hour daily and are looking for an affordable yet durable solution. Thanks to its modular design and a wide range of options, the machine can be configured precisely according to specific requirements.
The complete cleaning process consists of two stages: washing and rinsing. The products pass through spray frames equipped with fixed nozzles, which can be adapted for different types of products.
After placing the items in the loading section, they are transported through the washing tunnel by means of a stainless steel chain. The tunnel guide can be easily adjusted to match the exact size of the product.
In the washing section, the wash water is recirculated. The water temperature can be adjusted using a thermostat. The spray pipes in the washing section can be easily removed thanks to a quick-release coupling.
At the end of the washing cycle, the water passes through a filter system (sieve) into a storage tank for reuse. Water loss in the washing section is automatically replenished via a synthetic float valve.
Rinsing takes place in a dedicated compartment of the washing tunnel. After use, rinse water can either be redirected to the washing tank or discharged directly into the drain. The rinse water consumption can be adjusted using a valve.
- Technical features:
- - To remove steam, suction openings made of stainless steel covers are provided. An axial fan extracts the vapors from the cabin. The suction openings are equipped with adjustable valves.
- - A chemical dosing pump is installed in the main washing section to introduce chemicals into the water tank, depending on conductivity.
- - The washing unit is mounted on four swivel wheels, fixed to the base frame with screws, ensuring easy mobility.
- - Chemical dosing pump on the rinsing frame: For certain applications, it is necessary to add a disinfectant to the clean rinse water. As an option, a water-driven chemical dosing pump can be installed on the rinsing frame.
- - An adjustable and removable guide is added at the top and at the machine’s loading point to allow single-person operation.
- - Air-blow section 2x 5.5 kW (housing for 4x 5.5 kW): This section is placed next to the washing machine. After washing, products pass through it and are blown dry from all directions through air nozzles connected to two fans.
- - Air-blow section 4x 5.5 kW: Similarly positioned next to the washing machine, but connected to four fans for higher air output.
- - Instead of electric water heating, direct steam injection heating can be chosen. The maximum temperature depends on the steam supply quality on-site.
- - In the ECM Go model, the water level is standardly monitored via a synthetic float valve. Optionally, the water level can be controlled using an electronic pressure probe. The level is automatically regulated through a pressure transducer and solenoid valve.
- - To control the rinse water flow rate, an optional solenoid valve can be installed.
