Flow Pack packaging machine with Box Motion continuous sealing system, upper film reel, 80 pcs/minute, FW750S SERVO, Smipack

The new FW series of automatic Flow Pack packaging machines has been designed according to Industry 4.0 and IoT (Internet of Things) technological platforms. The series stands out through its transverse sealing bar equipped with a box motion system, both controlled by servo motors.

The translational movement enables the packaging of a wide range of products with extended shelf life (through gas flushing or aroma/preservative misting), featuring different dimensions and heights, without stopping the machine, using packages made from single-layer or laminated flexible materials.

The film sealing and folding systems, together with the dynamic and adjustable forming box (conformer), make setup operations quick and versatile for all FW models.

These packaging machines can achieve a maximum productivity of up to 80 products per minute.
