Flow Pack packaging machine with Box Motion continuous sealing system, bottom film roll, 80 pcs/min, FW550S-LR SERVO-X, Smipack

The new FW series of automatic Flow Pack packaging machines has been designed according to Industry 4.0 and IoT (Internet of Things) technology platforms. It features a box-motion cross-sealing system, with both sealing units controlled by servo motors.

The translational movement enables the packaging of a wide range of products with an extended shelf life (through gas flushing or aroma/preservative misting), in different sizes and heights, without stopping the machine, using packaging made from either single-layer or laminated flexible materials.

The film sealing and folding systems, together with the dynamic and adjustable forming box (former), allow for fast and versatile machine setup across the FW range.

These packaging machines can achieve a maximum output of up to 80 products per minute.
