The SF scraper filter provides perfectly clean egg mass
The device is used to purify egg mass from all particles, including shell fragments. It is most common when eggs of inferior quality are used. Their shells are evidently thinner and more fragile, and thus they break into many small pieces when breaking both by hand and with the use of machines. The device is equipped with a special 'scraper' to clear the filter, removing the chalaza and other impurities from the sieve, extending its work continuity.
