The Polin Group cyclothermic oven series is available in nine different versions, specifically designed to meet the needs of artisan bakers. The Drago 890 offers maximum performance and is ideal for a wide range of baked products.

The Drago 890 is the right choice for bakers who want to operate their oven with maximum flexibility.

The baking chambers are made of heavy-gauge fully welded steel to ensure complete steam tightness. They are also equipped with generously sized heat exchange circuits for optimal baking performance.
