Nova Pan, in partnership with Puratos, organized a fine pastry workshop at the Nova Pan headquarters in Brașov, dedicated to specialists and enthusiasts in the field.
The event featured De Vriendt Dirk, Puratos’ International Technical Advisor, as a guest. Under his guidance, participants explored innovative techniques and working methods, with practical demonstrations being the highlight of the workshop. The recipes presented included: Truffle Cake Creative, Choux H&WB, Basque Cheesecake, Cherry Cheesy, Coffee & Amber Cheesecake, Mango Cheesecake, and White Chocolate and Lemon Mousse.
These creations inspired and impressed attendees with their modern combinations and balanced flavors, providing valuable ideas for the development of their own products.
