The event dedicated to pastry and bakery enthusiasts and professionals, organized by Cofetarul Isteț, the Nova Pan brand, together with Martellato and Pomati, trusted partners and suppliers of Nova Pan, brought the famous pastry chef and master chocolatier Massimo Carnio to Romania for the first time. Over the course of two days, at the Nova Pan headquarters in Brașov, in the Baking Show, a special space designed for such occasions, during an exceptional educational and inspirational workshop, participants had the opportunity to explore world-class techniques and recipes and enhance their skills in creating premium products.

On the first day of the workshop, the focus was on renowned pastry products, such as New York Rolls and Travel Cakes.

On the second day, Massimo Carnio took the audience on a fascinating journey into the world of chocolate, presenting unique methods of working with this noble ingredient and demonstrating how pralines, chocolate bars, and figurines are made.

By meeting an internationally renowned expert for the first time in Romania, the workshop aimed to contribute to the development and modernization of the pastry and bakery sector in Romania, strengthening the connection between local professionals and international trends.
